We ask you to please be respectful of the Castle and grounds.
Electronic music is not allowed to be played at the Castle so please bring earphones if you wish to listen to music or anything (such as podcasts or audios) on an electrical device.
Place drinks on tables only. Do not place drinks on the floor, anywhere. Drinks are not allowed in the Bedrooms.
Respect the Piano. It is not a table. Charges will apply for any restoration.
Respect all property of the Castle. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to Castle property caused by them, their friends or by any person for whom they are responsible.
Tea, coffee and beverages can be consumed in the Restaurant areas, Reception and in the Cognac room only. No food and drink in the Bedrooms at any time.
Social areas – The Reception, Billiard Room, Cognac Room, Ballroom, Library and Vape Room are all to be vacated by midnight in consideration of guests sleeping.
Please respect your fellow guest’s privacy at all times.
Refrain from throwing anything in the fireplaces.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and will not cause nuisance or annoyance within the Castle and grounds.
Hotel Rooms
Check in is from 2pm, and check out is by 12 midday.
Storage for luggage is available. Please contact reception to arrange.
Bills are to be settled upon presentation. All major credit cards accepted. Personal checks not accepted.
The duvets are specially designed for each room. Please do not have sex on the duvets as they are expensive and unique. Charges will apply for cleaning costs.
Valuables can be stored in a safe for guests. Please contact reception to arrange.
The Castle shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s stay. Any valuables left in Bedrooms are personal responsibility of the guest.
The manager reserves the right to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest will be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
Guests are requested to lock their bedroom door when going out or going to bed.
Dress Code
The Dress code at the Castle is elegant. Guests are expected to dress smart for dinner. Men must wear a jacket. Ladies are invited to dress elegantly. Dresses are preferred.
Tracksuits, t-shirts, jeans, and sports shoes (even designer) are not acceptable at the Castle, and shoes must be worn inside the castle and its grounds.
Guests should be well dressed and respect the dress code and atmosphere of the Castle at all times.
Smoking
The Castle is non-smoking in all of its interior, including the use of vape or electronic cigarettes. You are welcome to smoke cigarettes and vape outside.

Please note the Castle has a no-pets policy.
